Captain & Chef
Captain Jennifer (a USCG 100-Ton licensed) and Chef Bryan (a Le Cordon Bleu–trained executive chef) have been working together in the corporate and yachting industry and have run many successful charter seasons in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, and have extensive experience of the Caribbean waters, including the British Virgin Islands, USVI, Bahamas, St Martin, Antigua, and more. ****CREW IS FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19****
Chef’s Bryan Menu

His style blends Mediterranean, Asian, Latin, and modern American influences, resulting in menus that feel fresh, dynamic, and perfectly tailored to each charter. He intuitively adapts to guest preferences and dietary needs, creating meals that are not only beautiful but memorable.
