It's hard to know where to begin but please sit back and enjoy this note almost as much as we enjoyed our trip with Kelsey and Cassie!

Our very first venture in chartering a yacht and this set the standard for all future charters.

From the first call with Kelsey, about a week before departure, we knew we were in good hands...friendly hands...someone who wanted to make this trip special...and boy did she ever.

We arrived in St. Thomas with a text from Kelsey that a car had been arranged to take us to the dock. (Already, things are being taken care of for us). Then, we met Kelsey...this happy, warm and caring young woman greeting us with open arms and hugs. We were instant friends. We came aboard and met the DELICIOUS Cassie...the chef of chefs. A brief tour, unpacking, and then the start of 6 unbelievable days beginning with special drinks and appetizers.

Our first dinner was 5 star and it only kept getting better and better. Cassie managed to make meals that were unique and delicious and beautiful to look at....AND, she navigate around dietary restrictions while managing to serve everyone at the same time. I gained 8 pounds in 6 days.....I hold Cassie deliciously responsible.

Every day brought a new adventure. Kelsey guided us through the days activities after breakfast each morning. We were in her capable and creative hands. Always going someplace interesting (she knows everything about every inch of the BVI and USVI).

This was an anniversary cruise and birthday cruise gift for my 75 year old husband. These two women made this a trip we will cherish and never forget. We are already looking into more charters as long as we can be with Kelsey and Cassie, since they are the gold standard and why would we want anyone else.

Oh, and Rachel, the rep for the boat....what a delight. Navigating me through every step until we settled on the right boat and crew. She made this first-time adventure something we will HAVE to repeat.

Thank you all. I could go on and on with every detail but I think you get the picture. The Kelsey and Cassie show is the only show in town. I'm still smiling (although 8 pounds heavier).

The Do More crew - Adrian, Emma, and Georgina were the most amazing crew we could have asked for. They were all so polite, kind, patient, and friendly. Adrian was able to maneuver the catamaran with such ease and finesse, plus we loved his knowledge of the islands! Emma is one of the most amazing chefs we have ever encountered. Every meal was above any expectations, so flavorful, delicious, and thoughtful. She went out of her way to make sure every person in our group was taken care of! Georgina is the best addition, she took three beginner divers down making them all feel so comfortable and safe with her reassuring and calm instructing. She also was such a huge help on and off the boat making sure we had what we needed and kept everything so clean. The three of them work so well together and with such ease it truly made this the best vacation ever! We made three new wonderful friends!!

Surprise birthday celebration for my husband
Without a doubt, Emerald Sail exceeded my expectations. Stacey and Philip were wonderful to work with to plan our charter vacation in the Virgin Islands. The trip was great, we loved it. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and we just wish we had more time down there! The captain and chef were awesome and paid attention to everything we wanted, were very communicative, made reservations for us, and were so fun that we even took them to dinner with us. I don’t think we’ll ever go back to bareboat charters
Our trip was amazing. The crew (Shauna & Molly) were awesome!! Very attentive and responsive, which allowed us to sit back and just relax. Many of my group never sailed before, but we all got to learn and help out on the lines. It was nice to have Captain Mark as a dive master – we did a few dives and caught an amazing lobster.

Working with Emerald Sail was great, really responsive and answered all my questions. I don’t think we’ll ever go back to bareboat charters anymore; all-inclusive is not much more expensive and very worth it once you count the time to get food, cook, do the dishes, and beyond.
