Nim Hirschhorn & Fabiola Hirschhorn
Captain & Chef/ First Mate
Captain Nim is a US Coast Guard certified captain and an experienced PADI Divemaster. He has sailed extensively throughout the Caribbean – the Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos and several areas of the world’s other great waters. Chef/First Mate Fabiola, the award-winning chef at the Virgin Islands Yacht Show Culinary Competition. AWARDS: Winner of the 2019 BVI Yacht Show Culinary Competition - Best Appetizer; Winner of the 2019 BVI Yacht Show Cocktail Competition - Best Cocktail.

Prepared from scratch in the galley and inspired by a lifetime of international travel and family culinary tradition, Chef Fabiola’s dishes comprise the freshest local ingredients in the region. Luna’s menu is tailored for the guests on each trip.

Breakfast is served with your choice of juice, tea, milk, coffee, or cappuccino from our professional espresso machine, bread, fresh fruit platters.


Hot and cold cereals, granola, yogurt, preserves, and fresh fruit are available daily.
